DRILLING FOR GAS AND OIL

8.16.010 Prohibited.
Drilling for or production of oil, gas or other hydrocarbon substances and exploration, excavation and tunneling for minerals within the city is prohibited. (Ord. 291, 1965; prior code § 11-901)
