§3281: Boundaries Of Airport Described
§3280 AIRPORT DEFINED
Whenever the word "airport" is used in this Chapter, it shall have the same meaning as such term is defined in the "California Air Navigation Act", being statutes 1929, page 1874, and amendments thereto, and said word shall apply to the Ukiah Municipal Airport located on Highway 101 at the southern end of the City, County of Mendocino, State of California, the boundaries of which are hereafter more particular described in §3281. §3281 BOUNDARIES OF AIRPORT DESCRIBED
For the purpose of this Chapter, the exterior boundaries of the said airport are hereafter particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the north line of the parcel of land conveyed by Thomas Linn to City of Ukiah by deed dated October 29, 1941, and recorded in Liber 152 of Official Records at page 341, Mendocino County Records, with the east line of the California State Highway; thence running easterly along the north line of the above mentioned parcel of land conveyed by Robert L. Linn, et ux, to City of Ukiah by deed dated November 12, 1941, and recorded in Liber 152 of Official Records, at page 342, Mendocino County Records, to the westerly line of the right of way of the Northwestern Pacific Railroad Company; thence southerly along said westerly line to the southeast corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Edgar W. Dutton, et ux, to City of Ukiah by deed recorded in Liber 152 of Official Records, at page 349, Mendocino County Records; thence westerly along the southerly line of said land to the southwest corner thereof; thence northerly along the westerly line of said land to the northwest corner thereof; thence continuing northerly along the westerly line of that parcel of land conveyed by Lou C. Dutton to City of Ukiah by deed dated November 12, 1941, recorded in Liber 152 of Official Records, at page 348, Mendocino County Records, to the northwest corner thereof thence westerly along the southerly line of that parcel of land conveyed by Everett C. Cox, et ux, to City of Ukiah by deed dated November 12, 1941, and recorded in Liber 152 of Official Records, at page 347 Mendocino County Records, to the easterly line of the California State Highway, thence northerly along said easterly line to the place of beginning.
