WEED AND RUBBISH ABATEMENT

8.12.010 Short title.
This chapter shall be entitled “Weed and Rubbish Abatement Law.” (Ord. 98-02 § 2 (part): prior code § 6-10.02)
8.12.020 Weed and Rubbish Abatement Law adopted by reference.
The city adopts by reference the Weed and Rubbish Law, Part 2, Chapter 13, Article 1 of the California Government Code (Section 39501 et. seq.). To the extent not addressed by resolution of the city council, the city adopts, by reference, Part 2, Chapter 13, Article 2 of the California Government Code (Section 39560 et. seq.). 8.12.030 Enforcement.
Enforcement shall be by the Winters fire department except that the city manager shall be responsible for filing liens. (Ord. 98-02 § 2 (part): prior code § 6-10.01)
