1.01.010 Adoption.
The Granby Town Code, as it exists and appears on the town of Granby official website, www.townofgranby.com, as of the date of the ordinance codified in this chapter and as it is amended in the future, from time to time, is hereby adopted as the official code of the town of Granby and shall henceforth be known as the Granby Municipal Code or “GMC.” [Ord. 768 § 1, 2011].
1.01.020 Copies – Maintenance.
The Granby town clerk shall keep and maintain and make available to the public during regular business hours one or more copies of the Granby Municipal Code. Copies of the GMC or portions thereof may be obtained from the town clerk upon payment of the fees associated with providing such copies. [Ord. 768 § 2, 2011].
