2.55.010 Elimination of term limits.
The elected officials of the town of Granby, Colorado, are authorized to serve more than two consecutive terms of office and the limitation on terms of office in Article XVIII, Section 11 of the Colorado Constitution is eliminated. [Ord. 467, 1996. Code 1999 § 2-16-1].
