USE OF NEIGHBORHOOD ELECTRIC VEHICLES WITHIN PORTIONS OF GRAND ELK RANCH AND CLUB PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT

10.25.010 Use of neighborhood electric vehicles within portions of Grand Elk Ranch and Club planned development overlay district.

(a) Neighborhood electric vehicles, as defined by Section 42-1-102(60.5), C.R.S., as same may be amended, may be operated within the limits of Grand Elk Ranch and Club planned development overlay district, as defined by the PDOD preliminary plan recorded the fourteenth day of August, 2001, at Reception Number 2001-007949 of the records of the Grand County clerk and recorder, except on Thompson Road.

(b) All provisions of Chapter 10.05 GMC, the Model Traffic Code, as amended, will apply to the use of neighborhood electric vehicles.

(c) No operation of neighborhood electric vehicles shall be permitted until official signs and other traffic control devices conforming to the standards as required by Section 42-4-602, C.R.S., giving notice of this local traffic regulation have been placed at all entrances to Grand Elk Ranch and Club planned development overlay district and at such other locations within the district as may be designated by the town, and the town board, through its designee, has provided written approval of such signage.
