12.35.010 Purpose.
The purpose of this chapter is to establish the use of Kaibab Fishing Pond. [Ord. 799 § 1, 2013].
12.35.020 Rules.
(a) The maximum age for anyone fishing in the Kaibab Fishing Pond is 15 years of age.
(b) Anyone fishing at the Kaibab Fishing Pond may be accompanied by a nonfishing adult or person 16 years of age or older.
(c) The bag and possession limit of fish at the Kaibab Fishing Pond is two fish of any species.
(d) The Kaibab Fishing Pond may be utilized by the town and by the department as an instructional facility for young people learning to fish. Organized activities conducted at the Kaibab Fishing Pond shall be coordinated with the town’s recreation department.
(e) An appropriate sign indicating the maximum age for individuals fishing in the Kaibab Fishing Pond and the limit of fish as designated by this chapter shall be posted at the site clearly visible to all visitors.
(f) The rules governing the use of the Kaibab Fishing Pond may be amended from time to time by resolution of the Granby board of trustees. [Ord. 799 §§ 1 – 6, 2013].
