(A) Between The Hours Of 9:00 A.m. and 6:00 P.m. On Weekdays (Monday Through Friday), The Following Streets In The City Shall Become 2-hour Parking Areas:

(B) It Shall Be Unlawful To Park Any Vehicle On Any Streets So Designated For A Period Of More Than 2 Hours At Any Time.

(C) (1) Between 9:00 A.m. and 6:00 P.m. On Weekdays, The Following Portions Of Parking Lots In The City Shall Become 2-hour Parking Areas:

(a) The First Row Of Parking Spaces Along The East End Of The Lot Located At The Southwest Corner Of Garro and Center Streets (the Lot Next To The Fire Station);

(b) The Entire Parking Lot At The Southeast Corner Of Washington and Center Streets (next To The Old Firehouse);

(c) The First Row Of Parking Spaces Along The North Side Of The Lot Located At The Southeast Corner Of LaPorte and Center Streets;

(d) The First Row Of Parking Spaces Along The South Side Of The Lot Located At The Northwest Corner Of Washington and Center Streets (those Spaces Reserved For Library Patrons).

(2) It Shall Be Unlawful To Park Any Vehicle On Any Streets Or Lots So Designated During Said Designated Times For A Period Of More Than 2 Hours At Any Time.

(D) Nothing In This Section Shall Be Construed As Prohibiting The City From Providing Handicapped Parking, Bus Stops, Reserved Parking, Loading Zones Or Other Matters Of Similar Nature Within Said 2-hour Parking Zone As May From Time-to-time Be Determined Necessary and Nothing Herein Shall Abolish Any Such Parking Areas Presently In Effect.
