A. When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall at any time park a vehicle on the following streets. The traffic engineer of the joint traffic department shall erect and maintain signs prohibiting parking as passed by ordinance of the board of county commissioners.

B. Any person violating the provisions of prohibited parking contained in subsection A of this section shall be fined not more than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00).
