6.15.010 Ratification.
Boone County Ordinance 2018-02 entitled “An Ordinance Repealing and Replacing Boone County Code Sections Relating to Animal Control,” a true and accurate copy of which is attached to the ordinance codified in this section as Exhibit 1, and all terms contained therein, is hereby ratified as being in full force and effect within the municipal boundaries of the town of Whitestown, Indiana.
