The Public Building Commission created in Section 2.48.020 shall be a municipal corporation and shall have all powers and authorities set forth in K.S.A. 1968 Supp. 12-1757, and all subsequent amendments thereto. (Ord. 278-C § 1 (part), 1969; Prior Code § 1-1102.)
