UNDERGROUND UTILITY LINES

All public utility lines, power lines, telephone lines, cable television lines and other wiring placed in subdivisions in which there are no such lines constructed shall on and after January 1, 1975, be constructed underground. [Ord. 653 § 1, 1974.]
13.50.020 Exceptions.
