17.50.010 Purpose.

The Oceanlake plan (OP) district is established to provide for the integration of residential, commercial, and recreational uses in a well-planned, pedestrian-oriented, mixed use environment. The purpose of the district is to provide maximum flexibility in land use. (Ord. 2020-10 § 8)

17.50.020 Oceanlake district overlay zones.

The OP district consists of three design subdistricts, or overlay zones. (Ord. 2020-10 § 8)

17.50.030 Permitted uses.1

Table 17.50.030-1 identifies the land uses allowed in OP. Uses permitted are identified with “P”; those that are allowed subject to conditional use permit approval are identified with “C”; prohibited uses are identified with “N.”

17.50.060 Landscaping.

Landscaping shall be provided in accordance with Chapter 17.55 LCMC. (Ord. 2020-10 § 8)

17.50.070 Signs.

17.50.080 Supplementary regulations and exceptions.

Supplementary regulations and exceptions shall be adhered to in accordance with Chapter 17.52 LCMC. (Ord. 2020-10 § 8)

17.50.090 Off-street parking and loading.

17.50.100 Design standards.
