ELECTION PROCEDURES

2.35.010 Nominations.
Nominating procedures for mayor and council members shall be by petition or by filing of candidacy for nonpartisan nomination accompanied by a filing fee of $10.00. [Ord. 518 § 1, 2005].
2.35.020 Petitions.
Petition forms and filing procedures shall be in accordance with state law. [Ord. 518 § 2, 2005].
