MARIJUANA RELATED BUSINESSES

5.25.010 Prohibition.
The city of Pilot Rock hereby prohibits the establishment of any and all of the following businesses within the city of Pilot Rock:
(1) Marijuana processing sites registered under Section 85 of House Bill 3400 (2015);
(2) Medical marijuana dispensaries registered under ORS 475.314;
(3) Marijuana producers licensed under Section 19, Chapter 1, Oregon Laws 2015;
(4) Marijuana processors licensed under Section 20, Chapter 1, Oregon Laws 2015;
(5) Marijuana wholesalers licensed under Section 21, Chapter 1, Oregon Laws 2015; and
(6) Marijuana retailers licensed under Section 22, Chapter 1, Oregon Laws 2015. [Ord. 569 § 1, 2015].
