§17-102 Registry Established.

For the purpose of obtaining accurate information in reference to the ownership of real estate in the Township of Wolf, a real estate registry is hereby established to show the situation, dimensions and location of property in the Township and the name of the owner or owners thereof. This Section shall not be construed in any manner that would limit the liability of any person, firm, partnership or corporation for the strict compliance with §17-104 of this Chapter.
