16.10.010 Definitions.
Except as provided below, words and phrases that are defined in the Utah State Impact Fees Act shall have the same meaning in this title.
A. “Project improvement” does not mean system improvement and includes, but is not limited to, those projects identified in the plans for the benefit of growth.
B. “Impact-producing development” shall mean any construction, expansion, change in use of buildings, or change in use of land that has the effect of increasing the need or demand for a capital facility, utilizing existing capital facility capacity, or causing an existing capital facility level of service standard to decline.
C. “Service area” shall mean that geographic area located within the town’s boundaries and also including the connections that the town serves in unincorporated Daggett County and Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
D. “Utah State Impact Fees Act” shall mean Title 11, Chapter 36a, Utah Code Annotated 1953, or its successor state statute if that title and chapter is renumbered, recodified, or amended. [Ord. 8-8-19 § 3 (Exh. A).]
