AIRPORT ZONING BOARD

2.20.010 Created.
A joint airport zoning board is created as provided for in RCW 14.12, and the board shall have all of the powers set forth in RCW 14.12. (Res. dated 4/25/77 § 1)
2.20.020 Composition.
The following four persons shall served on the joint airport zoning board:
A. The chair of the board of county commissioners, or his duly appointed representative;
B. The county engineer or his duly appointed representative;
C. The mayor of the city of Ritzville or his duly appointed representative; and
D. The Ritzville city water superintendent or his duly appointed representative. (Res. dated 4/25/77 § 2)
