LITIGATION FUND

3.68.010 Established.
There is established a fund to be maintained by the City known as the “litigation fund.” (Ord. C-153 § 1, 1987)
3.68.020 Source of funds – Withdrawal.
The litigation fund shall be held as a separate fund and invested with any other fund or moneys of the City, except as otherwise precluded by law. Such sums as the City Council may from time to time direct by motion shall be placed in this fund. No sum shall be withdrawn from the fund established in this chapter except upon resolution duly passed by the City Council. (Ord. C-153 § 2, 1987)
