2.02.010 Hours of business.

General administrative offices and departments of the city shall be open for the transaction of business with the public from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., five days per week, Monday through Friday, excepting legal holidays; provided, that the city manager may alter the hours of operations of city offices on a temporary basis, as the city manager deems necessary for the efficient operation of the city. Public safety services will be provided 24 hours per day. (Ord. 2009-21 § 2, 2009: Ord. 2000-06 § 1, 2000)

2.02.020 Rules of conduct.

The city manager may adopt rules which: (A) designate the areas in and around City Hall and other city-operated facilities which are open to the public; (B) establish limits on permitted conduct at such facilities; and (C) regulate, consistent with constitutional standards, methods of public communication activities at such facilities in order to allow for the orderly conduct of business and to protect the safety of citizens, employees, and elected officials.
