17.34.010 Purpose.

The intent of the residential low-density (RL) district is to maintain and create an environment which meets the needs for single-family detached residential housing, with small accessory dwellings, by restricting uses within the district and by establishing a minimum lot size and a maximum density. 17.34.020 Uses.

Permitted uses shall be as defined in Table 17.34.A.

17.34.030 Design.

Accessory dwelling units shall be complementary in design to the primary structure or must comply with the accessory dwelling unit design guideline templates as determined by the director. (Ord. 2887 § 1 (Exh. A), 2016)

Two parking stalls in the form of a parking strip, driveway or garage shall be provided for each home.

Stall dimensions are 19' x 8-1/2' each.

Uncovered decks less than 30" above grade may encroach 50% into required setbacks.

 

Eaves may encroach 30% into required setback, but must be at least 3' from property boundary.
