LOCAL IMPROVEMENT GUARANTY FUND

3.20.010 Created.
There is created a fund to be designated “the local improvement guaranty fund” for the purpose of guaranteeing, to the extent of the fund, the payment of its local improvement bonds and warrants issued to pay for any local improvement ordered in the city or in any area wholly or partly outside the corporate boundaries. (Ord. 408 § 1, 1974).
3.20.020 Governing authority.
The fund is to be governed by the provisions of Chapter 35.54 RCW. (Ord. 408 § 2, 1974).
