The following sections of the Washington Criminal Code as now in effect, and as may subsequently be amended, are adopted by reference to establish the crime of reckless burning and malicious mischief under the Burien criminal code:

9A.48.050    Reckless burning in the second degree.

9A.48.060    Reckless burning – Defense.

9A.48.090    Malicious mischief in the third degree.

9A.48.100    Malicious mischief – “Physical damage” defined.

9.61.170    Throwing glass, tacks, rubbish, etc. in roadway.

9.45.200 Crimes relating to fire alarms – Adopted by reference.

The following sections of the Washington Criminal Code as now in effect, and as may subsequently be amended, are adopted by reference to establish the crime of false fire alarms and miscellaneous crimes under the Burien criminal code:

9.40.100    Injuring or tampering with fire alarm apparatus or equipment – Sounding false alarm or fire.
