A. The 2019 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington, prepared and published by the Washington State Department of Ecology, and together with any amendments thereto, are adopted by this reference.
B. Appendix 1 of the city of Centralia’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II Permit issued by the Washington State Department of Ecology. (Ord. 2494 § 2, 2022; Ord. 2386 § 2 (part), 2017: Ord. 2229 § 1 (part), 2009: Ord. 2146 § 1 (part), 2005).
