10.14.010 Entiat zoning and development regulations.
The board of Chelan County commissioners adopts the city of Entiat’s land use regulations, development standards and land use designations, as they apply to the unincorporated city of Entiat urban growth area. Zoning map was adopted with original zoning code. Amendments to the zoning map are completed through county process outlined in Title 14. (Res. 2010-07, 1/12/10; Res. 2009-115 (Exh. 10.14.020 Wenatchee zoning and development regulations.*
The board of Chelan County commissioners adopts the city of Wenatchee’s land use regulations, development standards and land use designations, as they apply to the unincorporated city of Wenatchee urban growth area. Zoning map was adopted with original zoning code. Amendments to the zoning map are completed through county process outlined in Title 14. 10.14.030 Cashmere zoning and development regulations.
The board of Chelan County commissioners adopts the city of Cashmere’s land use regulations, development standards and land use designations, as they apply to the unincorporated city of Cashmere urban growth area. Zoning map was adopted with original zoning code. Amendments to the zoning map are completed through county process outlined in Title 14. (Res. 2009-115 (Exh. 10.14.035 Cashmere subdivision code.
The board of Chelan County commissioners hereby adopts the amended city of Cashmere’s subdivision code as it applies to the unincorporated portion of the city of Cashmere’s urban growth area, attached as “Exhibit A” to the resolution codified in this section. (Res. 2010-25, 2/23/10).
10.14.040 Leavenworth zoning.*
The board of Chelan County commissioners adopts the city of Leavenworth’s land use regulations, development standards and land use designations, as they apply to the unincorporated city of Leavenworth urban growth area. Zoning map was adopted with original zoning code. Amendments to the zoning map are completed through county process outlined in Title 14. (Res. 2010-08, 1/12/10; Res. 2009-115 (Exh. 10.14.050 Chelan development regulations.
The board of Chelan County commissioners adopts the city of Chelan’s development standards, attached to the resolution codified in this section as Exhibit 8, for all of the city of Chelan’s urban growth area including the South Shore except the property governed by the Tuscan Development Agreement referenced in the resolution codified in this section. If or when the Tuscan Development Agreement expires, the property formerly governed thereby shall be governed by the adoptions herein to the same extent as all other property in the UGA of the city of Chelan.
