PUBLIC WORKS SUPERVISOR

2.16.010 Office created.
There is created the office of public works supervisor, which shall be a full-time monthly salaried position. (Ord. 1435 §1, 1998).
2.16.020 Duties.
The public works supervisor shall supervise all personnel and activities of the street, water and sewer departments. (Ord. 1435 §2, 1998).
2.16.030 Exempt for overtime compensation.
The position of the public works supervisor shall be supervisory and administrative, thereby making the position exempt for purposes of overtime compensation. (Ord. 1435 §3, 1998).
2.16.040 Salary.
The salary and other benefits payable to or on behalf of the public works supervisor shall be established in the general pay plan of the annual budget. (Ord. 1435 §4, 1998).
2.16.050 Supervised by city administrator.
The public works supervisor shall work under the direct supervision of the city administrator. (Ord. 1435 §5, 1998).
