FARM MACHINERY ON CITY STREETS

10.28.010 Planking required.
No person shall be allowed to drive on or cross any paved or oiled street with any vehicle or machine propelled by metal gougers or cleats without first having planked said street. The planks are to be furnished by the person desiring to drive or cross thereon. (Ord. 281 § 1, 1970: Ord. 94 § 1, 1941).
