8.16.010 Morgan Street – Uncovered place – Penalty.

Every owner or person having charge thereof, who, except in the ordinary course of travel, takes, leads, rides or drives any stallion along, over or across any part of Morgan Street in the city, or who in the city stands any stallion for breeding purposes at any place which is not completely under cover and surrounded with a tight board fence so as to shut out all view of the interior of such enclosure from the outside thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable as provided in DMC 1.04.010.
