PARKING STRIP WIDTH

12.12.010 Established.
From and after June 24, 1925, parking strips constructed or established on any of the residence streets of the city shall be of the uniform width of five feet on 60-foot streets and six feet on 80-foot streets, measured from the outer edge of the abutting sidewalks; provided, that no parking strips shall be established on any street, or abutting upon any sidewalk or property, within the city, except where concrete sidewalks made in conformity with Chapter 12.16 DMC have been constructed.
