BOUNDARY REVIEW BOARD

2.34.030 Review of boundary changes.
2.34.010 Established.
The board of county commissioners creates the county boundary review board and confers on that board all the powers and responsibilities given to it by the state in RCW Chapter 36.93. (Res. 78-108 (part))
2.34.020 Notice to Governor.
The Governor of the state shall be immediately notified of this creation so that the Governor may appoint members of the board from the nominations submitted pursuant to the requirements of RCW Chapter 36.93. (Res. 78-108 (part))
2.34.030 Review of boundary changes.
After the effective date of the resolution codified in this chapter, all annexations or other boundary changes as described in RCW Chapter 36.93 shall be reviewed by the boundary review board in accordance with the standards and requirements of RCW Chapter 36.93. (Res. 78-108 (part))
2.34.040 Staff and support.
The board of county commissioners shall provide the boundary review board with staff and financial support as required by RCW Chapter 36.93. (Res. 78-108 (part))
