Outdoor Burning

6.03.010 Barrels, drums prohibited.
The use of barrels, drums or other containers for outdoor burning is hereby prohibited in the City of DuPont. (Ord. 417 § 1, Nov. 14th, 1990).
6.03.020 Other burning prohibited.
Outdoor burning as prohibited by applicable regulations of Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency, whether or not included within the scope of Section 6.03.010, is prohibited in the City of DuPont. (Ord. 417 § 2, Nov. 14th, 1990).
6.03.030 Violation--Penalty.
Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punishable by up to $300.00 fine, thirty (30) days in jail, or both such fine and jail sentence. (Ord. 417 § 3, Nov. 14th, 1990).
