VIOLATIONS

9.40.030 Failure to pay penalty.
9.40.020 Failure to respond.
On and after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section, it is unlawful for any person to wilfully fail to respond as directed by citation or notice of infraction or to respond to a notice of traffic infraction in the municipal court after having in writing promised to so respond therein; provided, that a person may appear in person or by written appearance of counsel. 9.40.030 Failure to pay penalty.
On and after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section, it is unlawful for any person to wilfully fail to pay a fine, infraction penalty, or other costs imposed by the court as a result of the violation of an ordinance of the city. (Ord. 794 §2, 1984: Ord. 792 §2, 1984).
