STATE RECORDS RETENTION PROCEDURES

Pursuant to the authority granted the city by RCW 35.21.180 (Ordinances – Adoption of Codes by Reference), the city hereby adopts the General Records Retention Schedule and Records Retention Manual, as issued by the Washington State Local Records Committee in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40.14 RCW. (Ord. 245, 1980)
