NONCHARTER CODE CITY STATUS

The council hereby adopts the mayor-council form of noncharter code city government, without reorganization, for the city of Entiat, to be governed by Chapter 35A.12 RCW specifically and RCW Title 35A in general including all amendments thereto and hereafter made. (Ord. 252, 1980)
1.30.020 Ordinance copy forwarded to state.
Pursuant to RCW 35A.02.040, the city clerk-treasurer shall forward a copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter to the Secretary of State and henceforth Entiat shall be a noncharter code city. (Ord. 252, 1980)
