SUMMONS SERVICE

1.35.010 Summons, how served.
Process serving shall be in accordance with RCW 4.28.080(2), whereby the designated agent shall be the city clerk-treasurer or deputy clerk of the city of Entiat to receive said personal service during normal office hours. (Ord. 633, 2005)
