WASHINGTON MODEL TRAFFIC ORDINANCE

10.05.010 Adopted.
The city of Entiat hereby adopts the provisions of the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance and any subsequent amendments thereto as required by state law. One copy of the model traffic ordinance shall be filed with the city clerk-treasurer. (Ord. 645 § 1, 2006; Ord. 317, 1985)
10.05.030 Speed limits on US 97A.
The speed limits on US 97A shall be as follows:
(1) From US 97A milepost 214.28 to milepost 215.30: 50 miles per hour.
(2) From US 97A milepost 215.30 to milepost 216.82: 35 miles per hour.
(3) From US 97A milepost 216.82 to milepost 217.14: 50 miles per hour. (Ord. 906 § 1, 2025)
