OFFICE HOURS

2.02.010 Designated.
The offices of Town Hall shall be kept open each weekday for the transaction of business from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, exclusive of such days set forth in FHMC 2.02.020. Hours of operation shall be posted and made known to the public. The town administrator shall have the authority to extend office hours to accommodate official business and activities. 2.02.020 Closure authority.
The offices of Town Hall shall remain closed for transaction of business on legal holidays defined by RCW 1.16.050. The town administrator has the authority to close Town Hall for good cause to include, but not limited to, disaster, emergency management and inclement weather. Any such closure shall be terminated as soon as reasonably possible. The mayor may direct the closure of Town Hall if staffing is not available by reason of illness or budgetary limitation. Notice of closure shall be posted and made known to the public. (Ord. 1509 § 3, 2013)
