MANUFACTURED HOME PERMITS AND FEES

15.62.010 Permits required.
All installations of new or used manufactured homes in any area where allowed by GMC Title 17, Zoning, shall require a permit on forms as provided by the Grandview building department and all such installations shall comply with all city, state or federal regulations dealing with manufactured home installations. No manufactured homes shall be permitted that do not meet the definition of a “manufactured home” as provided in Chapter 17.12 GMC. The city code enforcement officer is authorized to require verification that the manufactured home meets the definition as provided in Chapter 17.12 GMC prior to issuing a permit. 15.62.020 Fees.
Any individual, in order to obtain a manufactured home permit, shall pay the fees as follows:
A. A permit issuance fee of $20.00, plus:
1. Ten cents ($0.10) per square foot in manufactured home parks;
2. Twenty cents ($0.20) per square foot for all other installations.
B. No part of the fee shall be returnable. The fees set forth herein may be changed by resolution of the city council from time to time.
Every person, firm, partnership or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided in GMC 15.72.010. (Ord. 2008-3 § 2).
