OFFICER BONDS

2.24.040 Justices of police court.
2.24.060 Surety bonds required.
2.24.010 Clerk.
The amount of bond required by law to be given by the town clerk is fixed at and shall be given in the full final sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000). (Ord. 2 § 1, 1907).
2.24.020 Treasurer.
The amount of bond required by law to be given by the town treasurer is hereby fixed at and shall be given in the full final sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000). (Ord. 2 § 2, 1907).
2.24.030 Marshal.
The amount of bond required by law to be given by the town marshal is hereby fixed at and shall be given in the full final sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000). (Ord. 2 § 3, 1907).
2.24.040 Justices of police court.
The amount of bond required by law to be given by the justices of police court shall and the same is hereby fixed at and shall be given in the full final sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00). (Ord. 2 §4, 1907).
2.24.050 Additional bond.
The town council of said town in adopting this chapter and fixing the bonds of the various officers above named, hereby reserves itself the right at any time to require any or all of the officers above named to file additional bond in such amount or amounts as such council may by resolution determine. (Ord. 2 §5, 1907).
2.24.060 Surety bonds required.
Surety bonds shall be required in all cases except justices of the police court, and said bonds shall be furnished at the expense of the town; and this provision of this chapter can be waived only by the unanimous consent of all councilmen qualified for office. (Ord. 2 §6, 1907).
