ARTERIAL STREETS

10.08.010 Designated.

(A) The following named streets shall be named as arterial streets in the town:

Fifth Street from Avenue “A” to Index Avenue

Index Avenue to Second Street

Second Street to Avenue “A”

Avenue “A” to town limits

(B) The portion of Avenue “A” extending northeasterly from Fifth Street to the town limits is declared an arterial street in the town.

(C) Fifth Street shall remain the primary arterial street, and a stop sign shall be installed on Avenue “A” at the intersection with Fifth Street.

(D) All other arterial streets within the town shall remain as designated in subsection (A) of this section. (Ord. 153 §§ 1, 2, 1971; Ord. 140A § 1, 1963).
