13.92.010 Context.
When not inconsistent with the context, words used in the present tense include the future tense, words in the plural number include the singular number, and words in the singular number include the plural number. [Ord. 2-00 § 1]
13.92.020 Effectiveness.
Chapters 13.60 through 13.92 JCC shall take effect 30 days following adoption by the Jefferson County board of commissioners on January 3, 2000. [Ord. 2-00 § 1]
13.92.030 Short title.
Chapters 13.60 through 13.92 JCC shall be known as the Jefferson County master telecommunications ordinance. [Ord. 2-00 § 1]
