SHORELINE MASTER PROGRAM

16.24.010 Adoption.
A. The Langley shoreline master program is replaced as set forth in Exhibit A to the ordinance codified in this chapter.
B. The council hereby finds that the new shoreline master program attached as Exhibit A to the ordinance codified in this chapter is consistent with the requirements of Chapter 90.58 RCW and Chapter 173-26 WAC, as applicable. (Ord. 1080 §§ 2, 3, 2021)
