LIBRARY CONSTRUCTION FUND

3.32.010 Fund created.
There is created and established a special fund to be known as the "library construction fund No. 315" for the purpose of acquiring real property and a building through lease and/or purchase or the construction of a building for the purpose of housing of a library facility and for the purpose of purchasing library materials for the said library facility.
3.32.020 Establishment of fund.
The fund is to be made up from real estate excise tax and other funds as shall be designated from time to time by the city council or applicable state law.
3.32.030 Use of funds – Transfer.
Monies deposited into this fund shall be used solely for the purpose of acquiring real property and a building through lease and/or purchase or the construction of a building for the purpose of housing of a library facility and for the purpose of purchasing library materials for the said library facility as shall be designated from time to time by the city council; provided, however, nothing contained herein shall limit the city council’s authority to transfer monies deposited in this fund to other funds of the city.
