ARTS COMMISSION FUND

3.24.010 Fund established.
There is hereby created an arts commission fund (Fund Number 104) which shall be used for the purpose of accounting for all donations/contributions of the arts commission. (Ord. 670 § 1, 1999).
3.24.020 Funding sources.
The arts commission fund shall initially be established through an operating transfer from the general fund in the amount of $3,629.50 for donations/contributions which the commission received as of October 31, 1999, and any subsequent amounts received thereafter through December 31, 1999. Thereafter, revenues from donations/contributions shall be accounted for in this fund. (Ord. 670 § 2, 1999).
3.24.030 Fund expenditures.
Expenditures from the arts commission fund shall be made as appropriated and authorized in the city’s biennial operating budget. (Ord. 670 § 3, 1999).
