GRACE M. AND T.A. WILSON ENDOWED FUND

3.25.010 Fund established.
There is hereby created a Grace M. and T.A. Wilson endowed fund (Fund Number 621). (Ord. 684 § 1, 2001).
3.25.020 Funding sources.
The fund shall initially be established through a gift from the donor in the amount of $75,000 and any other gifts or bequests that the donor or other persons may designate for this purpose. (Ord. 684 § 2, 2001).
3.25.030 Fund expenditures.
Expenditures from the fund shall be made as appropriated and authorized in the city’s biennial operating budget and in accordance with the terms of the endowment agreement. (Ord. 684 § 3, 2001).
