8.12.040 Aiding and abetting violation.
8.12.020 General penalties.
Except as otherwise provided in Chapters 8.06 through 8.14 NPMC, every violation of Chapters 8.06 through 8.14 NPMC may be punished by a civil fine or forfeiture not to exceed $500.00 or lesser amount as may be specially provided for. (Ord. 725 § 8, 2004; Ord. 647 § 4, 1998).
8.12.040 Aiding and abetting violation.
It is unlawful to counsel, aid, or abet the violation of or failure to comply with any of the provisions of Chapters 8.06 through 8.14 NPMC. (Ord. 647 § 4, 1998).
