EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND

3.21.010 Fund created.
There is hereby created a special Fund No. 502, equipment replacement fund, to be used as a fund to be expended for the replacement of vehicles and equipment, and for materials and supplies for the operation of the fund. (Ord. 1475 § 2, 2006).
3.21.020 Accounting.
The city shall keep such books, accounts, and records necessary to administer and report the financial activities of the equipment replacement fund. (Ord. 1475 § 3, 2006).
3.21.030 Use restricted.
Any withdrawals or expenditures from said equipment replacement fund shall be made only upon approved vouchers of the city for the purpose established for said fund. (Ord. 1475 § 4, 2006).
