CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND –
SOLID WASTE

3.49.010 Fund created.
There is hereby created a special fund 413 cumulative reserve – solid waste that shall be used for the accumulation of reserves for the improvement, betterment, and capital maintenance requirements of the city’s solid waste system. (Ord. 1355 § 2, 2003).
3.49.020 Accounting.
The city shall keep such books, accounts, and records necessary to administer and report the financial activities of the cumulative reserve – solid waste fund. (Ord. 1355 § 3, 2003).
3.49.030 Use restricted.
Any withdrawals or expenditures from said cumulative reserve – solid waste fund shall be made only upon approved vouchers of the city for the purpose established for said fund. (Ord. 1355 § 4, 2003).
