CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND –
SEWER SYSTEM

3.48.010 Fund created.
There is hereby created a special fund to be designated as “cumulative reserve fund for the improvement and betterment of the city sewer system.” (Ord. 152 § 1, 1958).
3.48.020 Use restricted.
All moneys in the fund provided for in OHMC 3.48.010 shall be used only for the improvement and extension of the city sewer system. (Ord. 152 § 2, 1958).
