CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND –
MARINA DEVELOPMENT

3.55.030 Limitation of liability.
3.55.010 Fund created.
There is created a special fund to be designated as “cumulative reserve for marina development.” (Ord. 623 § 1, 1982).
3.55.020 Use restricted.
All moneys in the fund provided for in OHMC 3.55.010 shall be used only for improvement, repair, betterment of the Oak Harbor Marina or for retirement of bonds now on the Oak Harbor Marina. (Ord. 623 § 2, 1982).
3.55.030 Limitation of liability.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as giving any individual, organization or business entity any right, title or other interest in said fund. (Ord. 623 § 3, 1982).
